Created by a few for many, a blasphemy sower spitting on false ideas created by liars for fools. They play classic black metal. In 2018 they released their debut album *Czarna Ewangelia*. In 2020 the followup, *Apostoł*, came out in Under The Sign Of Garazel.

The band Kalt Vindur comes from Dukla and Krosno, and the music style in which they move is progressive black metal, they call their music Podkarpackie black metal. The band's sound focuses on a unique atmosphere, often accompanied by acoustic guitars and keyboard sounds.

The Kielce band Aversja is made up of four people, with Emilia's charismatic female vocals at the forefront, which oscillate around both delicate tones and slightly harsher sounds. Their work includes gentle ballads as well as metal compositions with strong accompaniment.

Leash Eye - a combination of modernity with the classics of hard rock and metal. It's like Deep Purple music on steroids, with a dose of stoner and southern mixture and the sound of a large truck engine. Three longplayes, including the last Hard Truckin 'Rock released in September 2013.

The band Semprah hails from Bielsko-Biala, and has been active since 2021. They play death metal with strong riffs, a driving rhythm section and an aggressive female growl. In 2023 they debuted with the album *Infernal Claw*.

The band Yllgen formed in 2017 and has been in its current lineup since 2021. The musicians come from Gliwice, Zabrze and Bytom. Yllgen's music rubs up against heavy metal, and recently has taken the direction of heavier riffs interspersed with melodic interludes.

Formed in 1984 in Katowice, Dragon were a pioneering band in Polish extreme metal. They participated in all the first five editions of the famed Metalmania festival; during that time, they recorded the albums *Horda Goga*, *Fallen Angel* and *Scream of Death*, distributed worldwide. They performed at many metal festivals and toured alongside the likes of Death, Kreator and Morbid Angel. After releasing two more albums in the 1990s, they broke up. The band reunited in 2016; since then they have released two new albums, the latest of which is 2023's *Unde Malum*.

A Krakow, Poland modern metalcore four-piece, formed in 2016. They made their debut with the EP *Abyss* in 2018; since then they have released several singles, including covers of Miley Cyrus and Ava Max.

Warsaw five-piece Miyasis was formed in 2020; its current lineup dates back to early 2022. The band's inspirations include modern metal outfits like Monuments and Erra, deathcore and death metal giants like Thy Art Is Murder and Cattle Decapitation, but also classic bands in the vein of Pantera and Lamb of God. The result of these influences is a style laden with aggressive riffs and growls, but also moments of musical respite. They released their debut album *Chaos Collusion* in 2023.

Protect This City is a metalcore five-piece from Zlotow, Poland, whose sound combines heavy breakdowns, melodic riffs and emotional lyrics. They have shared stages with bands like In Hearts Wake, Moma Knows and In Other Climes. They released their debut EP *For All Those Lost* in 2016; 2023 saw their first full-length *In Memory of Nothing*.

Inclusion - a band from Cracow, Poland, playing music from the genre of alternative metal, full of rhythmic and melodic solutions, having three EPs to their credit: *Immortal*, *Skybound* and *Tales of Deliverance*. The group has played many concerts in Poland and abroad. In early 2019, Inclusion was the headliner of the Ruhrcomer Kick-Off Event, which took place in Germany. The elements characteristic of the band's work are emotions and energy, which invariably fills the concerts. Inclusion are five friends who share a huge passion for music and having fun.

Praise the Sun is a five-piece from Warsaw, representing a sound commonly known as melodic death metal. Heavy sound, a lot of melody and a female growl in the front.

Kaozm is a metalcore band from Poznań, Poland. The band introduced themselves to the world in September 2020. Releasing the video for the single *Re-Ignite*, they surprised fans of heavy sounds with the simultaneous release of their LP called *Labyrinth*. Kaozm is not just low-tuned guitars with a modern djent sound. It's a mixture of "-core", electronics and melodic parts, with a nu metal gene from the 2000s sewn into it.

Rascal is a young speed metal band from Warsaw. Their music is primarily guitar harmonies, melodic solos, strong high vocals and fast old school riffs inspired by both classic heavy or thrash as well as a new wave of speed metal. They released their debut EP *Headed Towards Destruction* in 2021.

Painthing is a Warsaw-based band formed by people who have been associated with the Polish death/doom metal scene for over two decades. The band was founded by Kuba and Darek in 2014. They played several concerts alongside such bands as Cemetery of Scream, Symbolical, Devil in the Name, Cerberus, Death Has Spoken, Kirov and others. In 2018 they released an album titled. *Where Are You Now?* on Solitude Productions.

Guillotine is a thrash metal band from Gliwice, formed in 2016. They released their debut album *Hate Speech* in 2017; they are currently working on their next album after several personnel changes.

Pleń is a black metal band from Sosnowiec, formed in 2020. They draw inspiration from both classic black metal icons and music from other scenes; their lyrics delve into existential themes, referencing symbolism and nihilist philosophy. Their debut album, *Przechrzta*, was released in 2023.

The post-black metal band Dymna Lotva was formed as a studio project by composer Jauhien Charkasava and vocalist Katsiaryna Mankievich in 2015 in Minsk. Their bleak palette includes references to DSBM and folk music; the group's lyrics draw on real-life stories, building a portrait of a depressing reality with a documentary-like flair. Dymna Lotva debuted in 2016 with the album *The Land Under The Black Wings: Swamp*; a year later their second album *Wormwood* was released, dealing with the Chernobyl disaster. Dymna Lotva became one of the most active touring metal bands in Belarus until 2020, when the musicians' support of anti-Lukashenka protests resulted in a performing ban. Mankievich fled to Ukraine to avoid imprisonment; she met the Russian invasion of the country in Irpin. It was not until late 2022 that the musicians managed to meet again, settling in Warsaw. In 2023, the German label Prophecy Productions released their third and latest LP *The Land Under the Black Wings: Blood*, a concept album about war and occupation.

The band Cemetery of Scream is one of the pioneers of “atmospheric doom metal” in Poland, and their music holds a respectable position on the international music scene, too, which is confirmed by the good sales figures of the band’s albums released abroad and by warm receptions to its gigs from foreign fans.

Českou death metalovou skupinu Hypnos založili v roce 1999 bývalí členové Krabathor - Bruno (basa, zpěv) a Pegas (bicí). Po podpisu smlouvy s německými Morbid Records vychází v roce 2000 debutní CD “In Blood We Trust”, podpořené evropským tour s Morbid Angel a Behemoth. Následující dvě alba “The Revenge Ride” (2001) a “Rabble Manifesto” (2005) produkoval renomovaný Harris Johns (Sodom, Kreator, Helloween). Po MCD “Halfway To Hell“ (2010) vychází zatím poslední album “Heretic Commando / The Rise Of New Antikrist" (2012), natočené s norským producentem Børge Finstadem (Mayhem, Ihsahn, Arcturus) a vydané u německých Einheit Produktionen. Na jeho podporu byl natočen videoklip režírovaný Mejlou Baselem, který mj. spolupracoval s Američany Machine Head nebo Oscarovou Markétu Irglovou. Hypnos se po celou svoji kariéru věnují koncertování po celé Evropě a odehráli turné např. s Napalm Death, Amon Amarth, Vader nebo Pungent Stench. V současnosti sestavu kromě Bruna a Pegase tvoří kytaristé Igorr (Root) a Vlasa (Six Degrees Of Separation).

The Sosnowiec, Poland band Grief Circle was formed from the ruins of Forge of Clouds, adding even more grime to the previous project's signature mix of sludge, doom and post-metal; its singer is Kvass, known from Psychotropic Transcendental and Moanna. Their debut album *Weightless*, produced by Haldor Grunberg of Satanic Audio, was released in October 2022 and received quite a few favourable reviews.

Taint is a band that plays music on the borderline of alternative metal with a touch of grunge and groove. They debuted with the EP *Under Control* in 2020 and followed it up with *Looking for Myself*, in 2022.
